If you search Garston docks on google you will find maps of the dock and an area marked out for redevelopment which we were told a while ago was to be housing.

What about those people who bought new developments thinking the whole area was to be residential? The have been conned. If this plant goes ahead then residential homes will drop in price and any new homes difficult to sell.
