The three graces in the dock - all three buildings sit more or less inside of George's Dock. Or maybe three graces in the tub?



The Cunard Building was designed by Liverpool architects Willink & Thickness. The firm were also approached by Harrods to design a Liverpool store on the site of St Peter's church. Woolworths won the day, and Harrods remained solely in London. We were so close to seeing those green and gold plastic bags in Church Street. Nice to be considered though.
