The Langton Castle the old Whitbread`s pub a magnificent building on the corner of Regent Rd and Nelson St.
Thats 8 pubs closed on my ramble around the area. I did pass 3 that were still open but it wasn`t time for my medicine, so I jumped the train at Oriel Station to Central and had one in the Midland

the one in Paradise St is deffo still going. I think the one in Mount Pleasant was open a couple of months ago but can't be certain.

Yes both are still open, the Mount pleasant one of course featured in the Cameo murder trial.
Took this last wednesday and I passed the Mount Peasant one yesterday,stiil open
