I think the McKenna's building has been painted since I was last down there. I used to work in the big red building that's opposite the old east float mill.

Are the big propellers still at the steel place further along ?

I went into the Cheshire Line place when it was an open warehouse about 20 years or so ago; there was a car boot sale on in there and it looked very iffy. There was a couple of policemen outside but I went in anyway. Got myself a piece of therapy equipment that I was actually selling for a living at a cost of ?150.00p ,price at the car boot ? 50p. Result!!!!!!!!

I wish they would take down the chimney stacks that straddle the Gallic roof spires. They are original, but they totally spoil the building.

I like them. I think it would make the building less.
