I understand that the paving stones would be destroyed when they're dug up...But , why can't they just buy new replacement ones or have some stored somewhere from the original work?...or is that too...
After all of those millions spent on repaving the city centre...has anyone noticed that the area outside McDonalds in Lord street has been dug up and then filled in with "TARMAC"...Didn't take long....
