The wording of the report is little disappointing:

I thouht Pete Price spoke well about us.
Maybe it was just a bad choice of words, but I dont like that quote at all "trying to transform the city's old image" - does that mean the image of a drab crime ridden wasteland still prevails despite everybody's best efforts, probably because the media delight in reinforcing it?
