Not been passed that yet...is it a listed building at all? Someone should write to the Echo demanding an enquiry.
I want to write an email to Casa Del Cocodrilo and the Echo asking but still thinking on what to write.

The Echo says It's a grade 2 listed building.

Yes, the Elephant is Listed, but English Heritage allow Liverpool City Council to grant applications which I suspect wouldn't happen elsewhere.
For instance, 6 telephone masts on the Listed ABC cinema in Lime Street.

Walked past the Richmond pub this morning and was surprised to see it boarded up.
Also, the Clubmoor pub which I posted a pic on this thread (page 14) is also now boarded up.
What is happening to all our locals ??
