Nice one Bernie. What a marvellous ship.
It was a very sad story regarding the Lusitania. I have particular interest in the story, as my grandad SAPPER JOHN GREGORY was a stoker on the Lusitania when it went down, luckily for my grandad, he found something to hang onto in the water (My late mum said it was something made of cork, but knowing my mum that might have been wrong) But anyhow he survived, and carried on as a merchant seaman for many years after.

Lindac, do you know there is somebody who is collating details of survivors and what happened to them after the sinking of the Luci. His name is Peter Kelly and he has something to do with this American website although he is from Ireland. Your grandad may be of interest to him and he is very helpful.
