Those birds are Starlings.
The birds on my photo is Starlings as well...
I learnt about them thanks to that photo.
During the day, starlings disperse, feeding on worms, insects and seeds. But at dusk, they start to make their way to their communal roosting sites. It's at this point they are most vulnerable to attack by birds of prey. So with safety in numbers they flock together, joining forces to form huge super flocks. The flock wheels around before the birds descend to hide in reeds for the night.
