Thanks alehouse, I'll try it now, but do'nt hold your breath.
was that photo taken before the police were called?
Jeff they are magnificent models and the drawing of the Spitfire is fantastic. you certainly are a great artist.
Cheers for that. I will now crawl back into my hole.
Cheers and all the best.
Alehouse.
Heres a couple more that it would'nt take the first time, I do'nt think it likes the colour Yellow!
Jeff
alehouse, what do you mean, 'crawl back in your hole'. I hope you do'nt feel anything I might scribble is better than yours. I would be deeply offended if that were so. My sketch might be o.k. as are the models, but your paintings are 'alive'. The most technically correct paintings can have no soul in them. That's the hardest part to capture.
You are also one of the best 'yarn' tellers I've ever come across!
Jeff
Thanks for that Jeff I `ll come out again now,
Cheers , it was a little cramped in there.
Off for a whisky now. before dinner.
Cheers
Alehouse.
Excellent work, Brian! I enjoyed seeing these paintings.

This is another one like I did while I was on the QE2 this year , my Pilipino Cabin Steward wanted it so I gave it to him. A coal burning ship passing the old Beachy Head Light house, before they built the one at sea level.
I`ll start my yarns again in a few days, I lost all my writings, my computer fell in a heap and I had to get another but I have no notes yet. Someone is trying to save my hard drive.
