As a kid I would hear on TV about the Liverpool Irish. I wondered who they were, where they lived, what they did and what they looked like. I think they may have have meant someone born in Ireland and living in Liverpool, which meant precious few.
so you reckon that there was never a large influx of irish people spread over a large space of time that settled in liverpool, regardless of whether they stuck together and associated with each other or not ?
