Its the working carthorse statue behind the New Museum. Its still closed off but at least now you can get by the new building you get a better glimpse of this :)
There was a copy of the transcripts on a nearby gate:
Will be a nice rememberance for the hard working animals that don't get recognized as much as they should.. Bravo.

Nice pic Leon! I remember that particular spot with the 'stepping stones' A bit more foliage there now than when I last trod that path around the lake, and the water level looks a lot lower than it used to be. Cheers, and thanks for the pic.
