This photograph might have been taken in Merseyside but is it Merseyside-related enough to qualify? Not trying to rock the boat. Just arsking.

Could it be one of those Pakistani crickets, I mean cricketers, caught up in the betting scandal? (I get Sky Sports News here in the US of A on Fox Soccer Channel but am otherwise not much interested in cricket.)
