Nice area Granssendale.
Is It part of Garston?
Nice area Granssendale.
Is It part of Garston?
Gididi Gididi Goo.
So It's a separate area.
I would of called It the greatest part of Garston otherwise.
Gididi Gididi Goo.
The two railway bridges used to be much more interesting... when I was a young idiot..., I discovered that it was possible to drive fast enough Northbound on Salisbury Rd. to get a Ford Anglia airborne over the hump backed bridge - just as I discovered the upcoming left turn....

Hi G.D.,
great pic's of a lovely area!Did you notice the plaque/sign on the gatekeepers cottage(pic' 3,Ithink?) It commemerates the good job he did,but I can't remember the dates involved, and I guess the "estate" as it was, doesn't exist any more,so it's just another private property!
These mansions stand out well from over in Eastham, they all have their entrances on the side,I presume to keep the wind off the river away.
