How old is this lady in the conservation museum?
From the Liverpool History Society list of Liverpool "firsts":
"1813 - Liverpool's first outdoor public sculpture (Nelson Monument in Exchange Flags), first paid for by public subscription."
Also, see "Nelson's Monument at Liverpool" from The Mirror of Literature Issue 338, 1828 (Gutenberg "e" book).

Minerva on top of the Town Hall is dated 1801-1802 (source Public sculpture of Liverpool by Terry Cavanagh).
I can only find circa.1805 for the Nelson obelisk.
The obelisk at Allerton Golf Club is given a date of 1768 for the last marking (source Liverpool Council)
