Yes, the roofline seems to be part of The Vines, but the size of the windows match the other building, and it's of the same age (1840s?), and why have the windows been given extra decoration?
The Vines was rebuilt in 1907.
The building in question is 79 Lime Street (check your street directories).
It's not listed in the 1968 Kelly's, so was probably unoccupied even then.
I'm sure a light bulb is on at night.
I never noticed that wall before.

77 to 87 Lime Street was The Vines.

It's strange that the 'new' Vines didn't incorporate 79.
