Jigsaw, Radley and Fred Perry are the latest signings at Peter’s Lane, the niche fashion district being created by Grosvenor as part of its Liverpool One regeneration project. The three they have taken 5,400 sq ft, 1,580 sq ft and 1,600 sq ft units respectively. All are new to Liverpool and they join Reiss, Ted Baker, Jones and Karen Millen, all of whom have recently committed to Liverpool One.
Flannels, the premium North West-based fashion-led department store, is doubling its representation in Liverpool by taking the anchor store on Peter’s Lane. The store will be the focal point of an arcade-like covered street designed by Sir Jeremy Dixon that will become the destination for aspirational shoppers visiting Liverpool.
