Good to hear something get past the planners. CABE & EH shouldn't have a problem with it, it's not right bang on top of The Pier Head.

And if they had a problem with that area how did the two Beetham Towers get through.

Does anyone know if there is a plan for another tower next to Alexandra tower? I was reading an article on skyscrapernews.com about plot 3a, and near the end it mentions the king Edward tower and something about another tower next to Alexandra. Could it be one of the towers planned by Peel?

Hi, Dave, yes I took some photo's of the same bridge, "july waterfront", very futuristic. I tried to frame the liverbuildings in the center of my shot but took a couple of close ups too.
I think theres going to be another bridge a little further up

Anyone know when the New World Square development will be on site? I'm still a bit disappointed that the first proposal was refused, but lets hope this at least turns out to be somewhat better than the PD office developments.

NWS and 3A should bring some much needed life back to this area and the Cruise Liner will certainly help as well. Alexandra Tower and City Lofts are good additions as well.

Can't wait for that new entrance to PD from the Business District, the prison wall can be a bit annoying...
