Hi All
I have Liverpool directories for 1860, 1911 & 1938 if any one would like a lookup
Mandy
I've also have old A-Z's and Liverpool Echo Street guides from various years if anyone is looking for a street
Going to show my stupidity here.........
What info do these directories give please,
I have just started my family tree, and i am sure these will help with my research
Jacky
Hi Jacky
I'm sorry I should have explained what they are.
A street directory is similar to a modern phone book ,it usually lists the main house holder, their occupation address & phone number if they have one
I can search by address or name
not all addresses are listed & I have only found one of my relatives court properties seem to have been ommitted
but they are useful for checking where a family was after the 1901 census
Mandy

Hi Jacky
