Very nice, Kev.
That's Cleveland Square in the foreground.
What I'd call tokenism.
I've got photos somewhere as it was in the 1980s.
This is the statue of William Rathbone that stands above the boating lake in Sefton Park.

A fine picture Lexy, cheers: Here's the gallery
Cool picture, Lexy!!!
Kev, over on the Casebook: Jack the Ripper we have been having some discussion of acronyms. Am I alone or do others feel they would be more likely to tune into this thread if the "POD" designation was dropped and it simply said "Picture of the Day"???

I dont know how to resize sorry guys.....
I'm not sure where they are at the moment, but I've sorted out quite a few that I will post.
Clayton Square as it was; Park Road - the old houses, & Porter's; and views from the top of Steers House in Canning Place.
Also the Seamen's Dispensary in Cleveland Street, if anyone had the misfortune to go there.
