Today Debz and myself attended the Blackstock Gardens Memorial service.
It was a good turn out considering the blustery weather.
The Scotch Piper kindly posed for a photo (nice man).

Never knew anything about it? I would have gone if I had.
BE NICE......................OR ELSE
No worries Spike.
Debz did mention it on Linda Macs show but apart from that.. I don't think much was said in the Echo or elsewhere about it.

I rang the Scottie Press last xmas as the anniversary was coming up. They and The Eldonians (Tony McCann didn't get back to me at all) seemed to know very little of the memorial, let alone a service. Our Lady's priest said he'd not been asked to organise anything so I spoke to Billy Bellis' wife now that Billy has passed away and she was sad that it was being forgotten so I'm just glad that something was always in the pipeline by the looks of it.
