Perhaps due to the strict code for the Woolton district.
My aunty who lives on Hillside Dr just South of there had a copy of the local community newsletter. Permits were needed for all tree trimming, and it noted that many had been denied. They are serious about their trees as well as their buildings in Woolton...
The purple bins made it past the "view quality" folks though.....
