    Oh! A man in a gas man's mack! The landing stage moved uop and down besides this structure. I always assumed this was to stop the stage from breaking away in storms. How did they get to the stage without waiting for the right time of the tide?

    Does anyone know how RMJM's planning application for plot 3a is getting on. I know that CABE ****ged it off, but I have heard nothing since! They hoped to have it approved by october, but it was delayed because of CABES' recommendations.

    Hi AK1, I had a look here http://www.rmjm.com/....The Architects...but they had the same info....Maybe the 'Mersey Property Co Ltd.' could tell you more?.....Cheers..Ken.
