I can't remember which thread this was on, but it was about toilets! I think Pab's mentioned some public toilets in Scotty rd,one of which still remains,though not in use,as it's been concreted shut,but looks quite picturesque now!

Didn't they turn some in southport into a bar or a club or something like that ?
Seems more useful than just concreting them over
