Interesting to note, a family friend of mine used to run a car showroom opposite the Bombed Out Church at the bottom of Hardman Street - it's now a Fried Chicken place. He still owns the building and says that the basement is big enough to drive in about 10 cars! I've been meaning to get a picture from him.
If it was in the early 60's my parents got a used maroon Ford Anglia from there - returned it when I found an oil change sticker in the boot that showed the mileage on the clock was fiddled...
