Liverpool is just pedestrianised streets trying to join the Albert Dock to the city centre, only the Dock Rd gets in the way.

Yeah, I can see the benefit of having lots of docks again, other than what we've already got in bootle/seaforth and over the water.

By the dock road, do u mean the strand ? there is way too much traffic there but how do u redirect such a high volume of traffic to another route without causing that to end up gridlocked coz of it's extra load ?
