Oooh, they're nice Quincy, especially the first two. It makes me so angry when these yobs spoil it for eveyone, especially, as you say, the kids. They are also taking money from charity.
I hope to get out and about, outside the city centre, for a day or two and get some of the rarer ones. But don't think I'll have time to get them all so will have to cheat at St George's Hall!
When I photographed Art Vandelist in East Village, it was sort of brown and white wallpaper, some of it peeling. Now it's a green one, with Mr Men and other colourful characters on it. I can't keep up!
Good luck with the rest of your search!

    94. Cobanana
Cobanana is not feeling very well and so is being looked after by the SuperVets.

    7. Ewes Water Wisely
This Superlamb is being look after by the SuperVets and will be back as soon as he feels better.
(his pedals were missing within a day of him arriving at the Albert Dock)

    84. “Peek-a-boo” Newsham Superlambanana

“Peek-a-boo” is having a rest with the SuperVets, but rest assured he will be back

    92. Bridge-it
Bridge-it was brought in from the cold for some desperately needed TLC. Bridge-it can be seen being cared for by the SuperVets at Clubmoor Youth Centre.

and amazingly as the damage was apparently quite bad...90. Fizz-Fizz is in her new home at Fazakerly Federation[/COLOR]

now I just need to Google Fazak Federation...it's on Formosa Drive

and for anyone who has a bottle of oxygen , medical help and a good sherpa!

Jubilee Tower at the summit of Moel Famau, in the Clwydian Range is the place to be on Saturday 16 August 2008 as you will be able to meet the highest Superlambanana of them all. Over the summer, one or two Superlambananas have managed to escape from the trail with one of them finding its way to the Llangollen International Musical Eisteddfod and Wepre Park where through a series of workshops, children and adults helped decorate the Superlambanana with Moel Famau in mind.

Now everyone is invited to join the newly dressed Superlambanana when he’s put out to ‘graze’ at the top of Moel Famau for the Big Walk, a day of family fun with performances of music and poetry.

Bring a picnic and take part in a day of fun and family entertainment. The first 500 visitors to reach the summit on the day will receive a banana courtesy of the Co-op. Park and Ride is available from County Hall, Mold and will run at regular intervals from 9.30am and returning throughout the afternoon. Anyone interested in taking the Park and Ride bus can pre book (advised) by phoning 01352 810614.

The Big Walk is being organised by Denbighshire’s Tourism, Culture & Countryside Service and Flintshire County Council, to celebrate the connections between the Clwydian Range AONB and Merseyside, as Liverpool celebrates its status as European Capital of Culture.

I must admit I'm very disappointed - I'm visiting Liverpool in September, and expected to see them - I thought they were a "Capital of Culture 2008" project, not a seasonal spectacular.

What a shame they're going. I also thought they would be in Liverpool until at least the end of the year. Perhaps a word to the city fathers might make them have a re-think. If enough people write and tell them how much they want them to stay at least they'll know that we care about them.
Hopefully the shops will still have the smaller versions on sale so those who want to can buy them. The cows that were on parade in Manchester a while back were also seen in Prague and a lot of shops there had and still have the smaller versions on sale.

I don't recall ever reading they would be here outside summer? (a quick look back in this thread seems to agree)

Besides, it perfectly suits being a temporary/summer project. After all, who wants to trudge around Norris Green on a cold dark November afternoon

You can buy mini ones from Mr. SLB though the 2 foot ones are not cheap

Down to the last two to photo - Moel Famau and Ness Gardens (plus Urbansplash, obviously)

I think some/most/all? of the community ones are staying for a while, or rather they're not being auctioned...

See from the below that the London one is heading back to Liverpool to Lime St. Hope my aunt isn't en-route to view it at Euston!!!

glad love me doodle coming back, although I got it at Garston couldn't afford the trip to Euston to photograph it there.

wish I could drive, I'm going to really struggle to get the last few I need in such a short space of time by bus. bad weather and poor health has buggered me since Friday. I've lost 5 days SLB hunting.

I should be able to get 2 after my hosp appt Wednesday.
last 3 of them will need a day each, so I'm cutting it fine.

I have heard Cobalt one in Norris Green has been destroyed by mindless yobs

It's at Lime St now, stood between the other two, by the Virgin info booth.
