Which doesn't say much at all. The Sandcastle is still going to have a that awful dirty brown cladding on it. Not much change.

If they had any brains they totally re-clad in in different shades of white and black on different facets of the building. Give it to some some students and some real nice designs will come up. Reclad in different colours? Also the external cladding can be insulated too.

What a let down! A building crying out for some creation imagination.
