It will certainly be the tallest ( I hope only for a short while) but the most elegent tower IMO will be the Pelli tower in Liverpool One.

Whats the Pelli tower?

Its an apartment Tower rising to 22 storeys to be built next to the underground car park access ramps on the Strand. This tower will form a gateway to Chavasse Park and contain 330 apartments, offices with restaurants facing ont the park.The architect is an Argentinian Cesar Pelli , this part of the Liverpool One scheme was submitted to the City Planning Dept, early June , and should get approval very soon.

Would love to take pics from the top of it when it's done.

They should give opportunitys to do that like with the Cathedral.

Should be something other than accomidation though, thats what the other one is used for and theres tons of accomidation being built around there.
