    My vote: Mural...

It took a lot of work to paint that.. Sort of historical..in showing people coming to a place to settle.. Interesting and colorful.. better than blick..

that was the view from my window when I lived in Petton Street
it was painted on the side of the substation that George posted
http://www.yoliverpool.com/forum/showthread.php?t=18500 ,I think may have something to do with laundry as the Fred Robinson bagwash stood next to the substation

I think kids done that as a project. Doesn't look too bad from a distance. I love the murals, we need more. In Northern Ireland they are tourist attractions. They paint the gable end of houses with political statements and the like. Look good.

I like em (as long as we don't start getting Beatle ones everywhere or even worse..Llambananas)
It would be great if we could get someone like Julian Beever to do a few of his fine works of art around the city (My brother tried to get this guy here for the Capitol Of Culture but things didn't happen!).
If you don't know who Julian Beever is then check this out....

Mural and I like it. It is art for sure.

I am a big Julian Beever admirer for years.
