    there are 3 on the corner by the pub...

    and one has a nice foundry stamp on the top
    Proud Scouser, with a dabbling of Welsh and Irish.

    Since I started this post the response has been fantastic.
    I can only say thanks which seems so inadequate for the efforts put in by the photographers of this subject "bollards"
