Apparently the plan is to "wrap" it as has been done for Concourse House. They pick their times!

What are they doing to it?
It was cleaned in 1982, and I've got photos to prove it, with scaffolding on it then.
The Liver Building was cleaned in about 1974, so the Port of Liverpool Building shouldn't need cleaning.
I see the Crown pub in Lime Street is covered with scaffolding also.
Whose stupid idea was it to cover two of our greatest buildings in COC 2008?
