The Menlove blocks are a classic example of this type of housing working if policed properly and not built to a faulty design like the piggeries.
You would include any land that was part of the site whether it was parkland before or not. Of course you would but yes Ged, but if all those blocks you mentioned are essentially the same design, why did some fail and others not?
