Hale Village

I received the following email from William who is building a Hale Village website.

Good morning Sir, from Hale Village.

I have been following the conversations on the YoLiverpool message
forum. I did see the forum a while ago, but lost track until now after
doing a Google search on my/our village website. I notice your
conversations have still carried on?

I am delighted you continue to talk of Hale Village.

I think you may be pleased to know that I have built a village website
for Hale,, this was put online almost two years ago now and is still
being constructed on a regular basis.

The local land and gentry appear to love the site, even so, they now
allow me to photograph anything and everything for inclusion on the now
thought of "village website"..

I have lived in Hale all my life and know most if not all of the old
folk, who I am privalaged to know. My Grandfather and Unlce have
worked on the land/farms in the village since the 1930's upt il now and
still do.

I am in the process of upgrading the items/pages about the old Hall in
the park, this may take several months as people let me use/scan their
old black and white photographs that in some cases are over 100 years
old..

Any comments good or bad about the website are welcome.
