    My kids? No, these were two little monkeys that decided to tag along for the train ride .

    If I,d known you were going Kev I,d have asked you to see is my ring knecked parakeet still there. I donated him back in the 1980s, he was too nervous to have as a pet.

    What lovely clear pictures.. Your son is so so photogenic.. awwww... sweet...
    I love that Park.. I especially loved the Monkey part ,you can drive through at your own risk .

    Cars antennas being pulled off... AND IT HAPPENED..!!!! the monkeys just pull away... ha ha ha..Ya just gotta laugh and say.. OKAY.. it was worth it.... ....

    But, what a nice maintained Zoo.. and thanks for sharing your fun day....lovely...

    Hi guys

    found this post via a google search

    I am currently planning a trip to Knowsley Safari Park with my mother (i have promised to take her!) but i do not drive.. so my options would be

    a) train
    or
    b) coach

    I live in Blackburn btw

    whats the easiest way to get here?, im thinking a train ride from Blackburn to Prescot station, is this correct ?

    My concern is, how do i get to the park from the station ? i would rather avoid taxi if it is very far away..

    also i hear that they do bus tours around the 5 mile safari stretch ? is this true?

    it will be our first time, so all advice welcome to make this a day to be remembered !
