Hi, and thanku,gosh took abit of finding but its hidden along tower road and tower Wharf A554. The stone was placed there by caseys land reclamaition landscapers. Apparently there was a ship named the Nile, which later became the HMS Conway, a wooden ship moored off Rock Ferry, you can see the picture of the ship on the stone. All this is linked to the Cadets.
