    Hi pasha

The buildings are still there. But both the Pier Master's office and the Victoria clock tower are badly in need of restoration and some loving care which they should get as they are important buildings architecturally. They may not get such restoration any time soon though simply because they are not in the city centre where their rehabilitation would be more of a priority.

I think all the boats have now been removed from this dock to make way for the new canal route.

I think Peel own these buildings now and I think they are going to be refurbished as part of the Liverpool Waters development.
