    Default Stained Glass Windows

There's so much stained glass around.
    Churches, pubs, shops, houses etc.
And it's so easy to photograph.
Just put the camera on Auto and make sure the flash is off.

Default St Nicholas Church, Pier Head.

All the original windows - as well as the body of the church itself - were destroyed in the war.
    So this window is post-war.

    Some close-ups.

Interesting thread indeed, Philip. Thanks for starting it.

This is the stained glass lighting the staircase in Battlecrease House, 7 Riversdale Road, Aigburth. The house was once the home of James and Florence Maybrick of notorious fame.
