    I`ve seen a window cleaner years ago with his ladders on a flat sidecar like that

    Could be what that is GD. We had a team of brothers who did our windows. Fronts only one week and fronts AND backs the next.

    You can see it clearly on my photo, pity there is no street sign. Weller Street was the only thing I could think of so I was pretty sure but not CERTAIN. Thanks
