Hee, hee, you must have that effect on the ladies Gerard !
Excellent fountain pic, the girls look like they are framed by the water.
Regarding pic width. The width of the forum is static. So every image that is posted that exceeds that width has a scroll bar so users can scroll to see the larger image. This is a new feature so it doesn't effect the forum width. There is another feature that I could re-implement that we used to have that resizes the images automatically to fit the forum. So you would see the whole image in the window with no scrolling bar BUT the image quality would look a bit squashed. There are advantages and disadvantages for both. Let me know your thoughts
Kev
1964 photograph is the copyright property of Astrid Kirchherr..shown here just to compare with my 2010 photo..
Wed 8th December 2010 I was invited by my friend Tony Bolland as the official photographer to take this historic re-construction photograph on the steps of the plateau at The St Georges Hall...the bottom photo was taken in 1964 showing all the bands and legends from the 60's Liverpool music scene...my top photo shows all the lads from the 1964 photo as they are now... Tony Bolland was a big part of the Liverpool music scene in the 1970's...he was manager at Hessys music store and has 2 great books out about the Liverpool music scene..Plug Inn...the forgotten years... volumes 1 & 2...showing hundreds of pics and the storys of all the bands and the lads in the pics here...

Kev... the above shot of the bands at the St Georges Hall is not a large file by any means yet it has to be scrolled on here because of the narrow width of the viewing field on here...its no problem Kev as I dont mind at all, I just thought you might have been able to make it possible to show larger images like on other photo sites where that image shows in full without any scrolling...no probs mate...and thanks for looking into it.

Excellent pics again Gerard.
Kev, I take it the image size thing is a recent change as I know I've posted pics I've linked from flickr and they seem to resize, unless it's coz I've luckily chosen the right size on flickr
