    They should knock down the "Bread" streets so people can't moan anymore.
    Maybe build some high rises to give the view back.
    The sun can't be that low in the sky that they're in shadow, in summer its right overhead.

    Does the UK have any "shadowing" laws with respect to solar panels?

    If so, the complainer should just add a panel to their roof....

    This block is near the end of the Harrington Dock sheds. It is not near the old streets which are on the top of a cliff.

    When is it to be finished? They are asking knock-down prices when not a brick has been laid.
