    Foxtail barley is the picture for September on the Gardeners' World Calendar and lovely it is too.

    Could it be one of those Pakistani crickets, I mean cricketers, caught up in the betting scandal? (I get Sky Sports News here in the US of A on Fox Soccer Channel but am otherwise not much interested in cricket.)
