Post Searching for CLARKE family originally from the Wirral.

    Hi
newbie here, I am searching for some long lost family who i know came from birkenhead and have links to liverpool.

Specifically i am trying to trace my maternal grandmothers family as she had 6 brothers and sisters, specifically 1 brother (Danny) whom i believe to have been trying to trace them 9 years ago.

if anyone remembers the family or has any information that came help me i'd be very grateful as I have exhausted all other efforts to try and contact them.

Looking for Maud Evelyn Jones nee Clark - likely to be known as Ev
    Hilda Clarke
    James Basil Clarke
    Joseph Clarke
    Alfred Clarke
    Daniel Clarke
    Albert Edward Clarke.

i know maud lived in Alpha Drive, Rock Ferry in 1950s and in Birkenhead area in 1980s.

    Thanks for reading my post.

    Hi Karen
Thanks for the reply, its certainly possible, I have a possible marriage for a james b to a N Newton in 1953. James basil was born in 1925 age would be ok. I havent really focussed on the other aunts and uncles so much, Maud would've been my grandmother but my Dad and her fell out shortly after i was born. And i have been finding pleas to find this family left by a daniel clarke, liverpool - but this was back in 2000/2001 so a long time ago in family history terms i just hope i am not too late. Albert Edward would be in the youngest of the family, he was born in 1940 so there is every chance he could still be around.

yes thats correct, i have similar dates, Maud will be Clark without the E as they appeared to add it when Hilda was born, but I have Maud's birth cert and Hilda's too and it is the parents and area.
Thanks, I will look into the dates for Daniel as I had it as 1934, would just like to find a living link to them or anyone that knew them, next idea will be to put an ad in local paper.
    Thanks for your help!

    Hi ,
I actually think your more likely to be correct with your date for Daniel , there's too much of a gap, but he is registered as being 1943 .
perhaps a date error ? or perhaps there was a bigish gap .

    Good luck
