Default Wake Me Up When Winter's Over (CTG)

    Baltimore, Valentine's Day, 2010!

Wake Me Up When Winter's Over

"I was born on a storm-swept rock and hate the soft growth
of sunbaked lands where there is no frost in men’s bones."
    .................................................. ...................Liam O'Flaherty

Tired of slip-sliding! Walking like a Chinese emperor's wife!
Let me nestle down deep under my warm feather comforter, let
winter do its worst outside! No more snow! Freezing drizzle!
Ice, icicles, black ice, filthy or yellow snow, no icebergs!
No ice-driven fender benders, wheels screaming to be set free!

I wish I could just hibernate until the warmer weather comes. I really am fed up with this cold weather. I've just driven home from Liverpool Town Centre and it was snowing yet again. Not enough to stick, but snow it most certainly was. I have never in all my life experienced weather like this. Am I wrong when I say Liverpool generally misses snow and this year has been exceptional?

Certainly in Baltimore/D.C. we have seen very little snow in the last few years, so this winter is really exceptional and unexpected.

Thanks Pabs and burkilly for liking this...

    Nice photos guys.

I love the snow. I was in Wales this morning. Just after the snow, it was spectacular.
