    Looks really dismal !, but in reality this was the conditions we lived in up to the late 60's, we moved from Greta Street in 1966 to Aigburth and got our first "inside toliet" not to mention a bath we didnt need to fill via the kettle !!, shear luxury.

    As much as we can bemoan the planning decisions of the 1960s, you can see why they did what they did.
