    Not strictly a new building, but a refurbished one.
    I like the Beetham Plaza. It was a 1960's office block now converted into bigger and better offices, also luxury apartments and restaurant.

    Well newish compared to some.

    This was the scene a few weeks ago. Location, the mirrored building on the corner of Leeds Street and Old Hall street taken just in case anyone tries to tell you there's a bank of computer operators sitting behind this glass looking out at you but you can't see them
