    They were the stables for Cain's Mersey Brewery (1896-1902) which was almost next door, but not quite, as an 1896 extension to the Harrington Board School was built next to the brewery.

    I haven't seen them recently.
    Are they closed, or something?
    A few years ago they were some sort of Adult Training Centre.

    I don't think they're Listed.
    So many worthy buildings aren't.

    they are boarded up at the front, like in the pic I posted.
    It's a shame, even if they turned them into apartments, it is a lovely frontage.
