    Default snow

I forgot to mention I am sitting here in Melbourne sweating my you know whats off as it is at the moment 40celsius (9-30 PM )and unbearable, I am having a beer at the moment under my air conditioning, the forcast is for more hot weather in the next few days , and bush fires are mostly on the adjendor. We are so aware here after last years fires and all of Victoria are on a fire ban , which means that no fires are to be lit outdoors IE BBQs , rubish burning , or anything , you would not believe how important this is here. After last years fires , whole townships destroyed and hundreds of lives destroyed , Untill you have experienced bush fires , which I have , you dont know how horrific they can be, most frightening I can tell you. So guys be happy with your freezing snow and ice , because I would swap you right now, I will take my chances and get frost bite , at least when one is cold one can rug up and get warm, but when one is hot there is buggar all one can do to cool down. Hoping to meet some of you next Summer ,. Cheers Keith .

    Default Yates Street.

The Mill was always there as a child, along side with Joe Hughes Mission, a feture that was always there to me as a child, the Wind mill never had sails , but was the shape of A TRADITIONAL WINDMILL. Just wish that I had taken photos of it all those years ago, you know I will be taking photos of all I can of todays buildings , because in the future they will be very important, just wish that I had all those years ago. Never gave it a thought. How stupid was I . Cheers Keith .

Oh I did forget to say if anyone wants to check up on my statements just lookup on google and put in Keith Draper, the Nocturns , or Keith Draper the musical Maggie May, and you will get a lot of information about our old band.

Thanks, John, yes it was a nice day... and Saturday too when Donna and I took my Mom out for a meal to celebrate. Thank you also kdraper42 for your best wishes and reflections. Glad to hear about your rock band and to know that you were able to perform in two major musicals. Excellent.
