As I was in Liverpool for a visit to the workings of the Queensway Tunnel, and the walk through (which I have posted on that thread), I had a wander around with my camera and captured a few pictures:

We started in the William Duncan, a bog-tiled pub on St John's Lane - I gather this is repro, but very well done:


I tried to get the same view as in my 1970s picture of the Albert Dock:
