right, got there in the end.
people with more advanced cameras should be able to get better pics as the statues are in quite a dull part of the station. Only found out about these as someone had left an Echo in the clinic when me and hubby went this afternoon.

When they were working on that bit of the Pier Head,I got talking to one of the security guards,who said that this piece of art ("Mersey Wave" by Arthur Dooley ???? but, I might be dead wrong here!) was dumped in a skip,till one of his mates pointed out it's origin/purpose! I'm sure this was previously positioned,somewhere by the Atlantic tower hotel.
